10 months today since my first day into this health journey! -------------- A combination of integrating 1st -Fasted Cardio ( bike riding + skipping breakfest ) 2nd -Having a personal trainer @herzogemerson to push & teach me technique, twice a week. 3rd -Cutting out processed sugars as much as possible & eating cleaner ( lots of salmon, broccoli, sushi, rice ) ---> FASTED CARDIO has been the absolute secret in getting super ripped & down to single digit body fat percentage. Im so deeply grateful, humbled, & honored with all the positive encouragement along this path, its been the world to me to regain my health back after turning 40. #fit #health #ripped #active #grateful

🚲 Desert Flow Bike Park is officially underway. We recently broke ground on the new 17-acre Desert Flow Bike Park at Southwest Ridge, a future destination for riders of all ages and skill levels in the southwest valley. Designed for beginners, families, and experienced cyclists, the park will feature skills courses, pump tracks, dirt trails, shaded gathering spaces, accessible paths, and supporting amenities. Special thanks to the Clark County RPM and Parks and Recreation teams, Congresswoman @repsusielee , the Bureau of Land Management, Assemblymember @steveyeagernv , the design team at WLB Group, Alexis Day for naming the park, and Zoey Barnes, USA BMX 13 Girls National Champion. Thank you to Pedal & Pour, the Southern Nevada Bike Coalition, Southern Nevada Mountain Bike Association, Las Vegas Cyclery, and LVMPD Enterprise and Summerlin Area Commands for your continued support and partnership. 🚲 We officially broke ground on Desert Flow Bike Park at Southwest Ridge! This new 17-acre bike skills park will be a premier outdoor recreation destination for the southwest valley—designed for kids, families, beginners, and experienced riders alike. The park will feature multi-level skills courses, pump tracks, dirt trails, shaded gathering areas, restrooms, and a new parking lot to make access easy and welcoming for everyone. Desert Flow represents a meaningful investment in community health, outdoor adventure, and quality public spaces—and we’re excited to see it take shape.

Commissioner @justinjonesnv and Clark County Parks and Recreation celebrated the official groundbreaking of Desert Flow at Southwest Ridge Bike Skills Park, a premier 17-acre destination for cyclists of all ages and skill levels! The event also featured a special appearance by pro BMX rider Blake Hicks. 🚴‍♂️🌵 Once complete, the park will offer multi-level skills courses, a pump track, specialized obstacles, dirt trails, and a 12-foot-wide paved main trail designed for accessibility and skill progression. As a community-focused destination, the park will also include an entry plaza, lighting, restrooms, shade structures, gathering spaces, and a new 50-space parking lot, representing a major investment in outdoor recreation, community health, and quality of life in the southwest valley.
