Some favorite moments from our ceremonyā¦ but hereās a fun little story for yaāll:
Back in 2002, on a totally ordinary football Sunday, my uncle showed up with a VHS copy of The Lord of the Rings. I still remember exactly where my uncle was standing when he handed us the tape. It became such a core memory. My sister and I were instantly hooked. we watched it so many times Iām honestly shocked the tape survived. āObsessedā doesnāt even begin to cover it.
That was the first time I remember feeling completely infatuated by a movie. Fast forward, and that infatuation eventually led me to actingā¦ which led me to Californiaā¦ which, somehow, led me to Blaise.
So when it came time to walk down the aisle, I asked our sweet pianist to play āConcerning Hobbitsā by Howard Shore; a little musical nod to the film that started it all
So, thatās that. Sort of a pointless story, unless youāre me ā¤ļø

I definitely have this song on a burnt CD somewhere. Evanescence and Korn are definitely part of that mix-track. It probably has a gazillion scratches on the back but some windex and a quick BLOW ON IT will probably get it working again. ANYWHO! ā hereās some pics that sort of reminded me of vampires for some reason and now Iām nostalgic for watching Buffy with my sister and pretending we were slayers.
