My character in a pulp fiction themed Cypher System campaign set in the 1920s and 30s- Profesor Howard Burroughs.
An Oxford professor of archeology, he was bonded with the spirit of an ancient Egyptian sorcerer, Ramna-Photep, granting him control over darkness itself.
With these new powers, he has joined other Exceptionals in preserving world peace in the increasingly fractious late 1920s. Previous adventures have included finding a lost city unstuck from time, liberating John Carter of Mars from a mind controlling parasite, stopping a cult in the Dustbowl of the Midwest and taking down the Crime King of Chicago.

Hab 6: The Halls of Ruin
The sixth and final Habitat was destroyed long before humanity arrived in Tau Ceti. The prevailing theory is that it was the victim of an overwhelming attack by an unknown assailant. How the rest of the Arrays survived unscathed is just one of many unanswered questions.
The XenoArchaeological Protectorate maintains their headquarters in orbit around the debris field, studying it and protecting its secrets. The Halls of Ruin are a focal point for conspiracy theories and wild speculation, fueled by regular, armed expeditions that venture deep into the heart of the remaining superstructure.
This one was my favourite to do.

Hab 5: Xiliu
Early exploration of Hab 5 revealed that the environments of the internal biomes were almost perfect matches for those of Old Earth. Even the vegetation and microfauna was almost perfectly aligned with terrestrial biology.
Following decades of work it is now home to the largest collection of terrestrial life in the system. Aiming to avoid repeating the mistakes of the past access to the interior biomes is prohibited to most of the population, who reside on surface settlements at the poles of the cross shaped structure. Only the Keepers, a group of radical conservationists, are permitted entry to the biomes.

Its been a busy New Year for me. However I'm looking back on the highs and lows of the previous one, to give me an idea of where to go next.
I've seen some major successes including graduating Grays School of Art and having my first book cover officially published with Hopes and Dreams of the Orbital Bound.
I'm now working on a lot of graphic design projects as well as teaching myself Blender. I want to keep myself busy and push myself further. Might even have a few personal projects lined up. Keep an eye open for them in the near future.
I will also be planning on launching a new portfolio site.

Ireti Solas is a miniature Dyson sphere built around an artificial star whose solar activity mimics that of
Tau Ceti’s. The Hab was first settled by a large number of command officers from the Generation
Fleet and maintains strong ties to Old Earth traditions. Ireti Solas has the largest individual naval
fleet in the system, kept in check only by the alliances of its neighbours and peacekeeping forces of the XenoArchaeological Protectorate.

First up is Hab 01: Earthfall.
Home to Bespow, the oldest human city in Tau Ceti,
Habitat 1 is a 3357km long cylinder built around a central sun tube. Its single interior biome stretches
the entire length of the superstructure. As the self
proclaimed 'first city' Bespow is a bustling metropolis with a thriving independent culture. It is
home to extensive Old Earth archives salvaged from the Generation Fleets after their arrival.

Some illustrations I made for an infographic. They appeared small in the final spread but they work well by themselves and are detailed enough that they deserve a little spotlight.
This is a Stegosaurus, the Bearsden Shark and a Mammoth to represent extinct life of Scotland.
I really like this style and it's started some other work in vector art.
