I’m Blacky, a cosplayer from Germany and I glad you found your way here!
About a year ago, I started my journey as the “German Blackbeard.” What began with one cosplay quickly turned into more, and now I’ve built a small but growing crew of characters I love to bring to life. And trust me – there’s much more to come.
Let me introduce you to the crew in this post:
Top left: Demaro Black (fake Monkey D. Luffy)
The infamous impostor of the Straw Hat. Since I can’t realistically cosplay the real Luffy, I embraced the chaos and chose his most iconic fake – loud, delusional, and perfect for some fun moments.
Middle left: Bartholomew Kuma
My most detailed cosplay so far. A former Warlord and revolutionary with a deep and emotional story that really stuck with me.
Bottom left: Lucky Roux
One of Shanks’ core crew members. Always calm, always eating... but when it matters, he’s fast and dangerous. I just love his vibe.
Top right: Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard)
Where it all began. My very first cosplay, inspired by his unforgettable Marineford presence and raw energy.
Bottom right: Señor Pink
A Donquixote Pirate and user of the Sui Sui no Mi. Behind the bizarre baby outfit lies a loyal fighter with a tragic past – and that contrast is exactly what makes him so fun to portray.

Hello, my fellow buccaneers! I’m Blacky, cosplayer from Germany. Over time, I didn’t just stick to anime cosplays, I also explored creative and fun character interpretations outside of One Piece. Here are three of them!
Top left is my Halloween-inspired cosplay, based on Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas, but in his pumpkin form! It gives off a spooky yet stylish vibe with a glowing head and a classy outfit.
In the middle, you can see Wario! Known as Mario’s greedy rival, he’s strong, loud, and always ready to show off, just like in this pose.
On the right is my unique snowman mix! Inspired by Olaf from Frozen, Frosty the Snowman, and Arktos from Tabaluga, this cosplay combines wholesome, nostalgic, and playful elements into one character.
Different inspirations, same goal: having fun and bringing characters to life!
Two of them were created specifically for @heldenfuerherzen performances! But that doesn't mean they'll remain exclusive
DeMaro Black adjusted his fake straw hat and grinned. “I am Monkey D. Luffy!” he yelled across the dark alley of Gotham City.
Slow clapping echoed behind him.
The Joker stepped from the shadows, laughing so hard tears rolled down his face. “Oh, this is priceless! A fake pirate pretending to be another fake hero!”
DeMaro panicked and pointed dramatically. “Gomu Gomu no Pistol!”
Nothing happened.
The Joker pulled out an absurdly long revolver with a BANG flag. “Amazing! We both survive with pure confidence and zero talent!”
DeMaro tried to run, but Joker wrapped an arm around him like an old friend. “You know, Straw Hat… you’d fit perfectly in Gotham.”
Suddenly, Marines crashed through the alley entrance.
“THERE HE IS! FAKE LUFFY!”
The Joker blinked. “Wait… you’re not even the real guy?”
DeMaro sweated heavily. “...Yare yare?”
The Joker burst into hysterical laughter while DeMaro was dragged away screaming, “I ALMOST BECAME PIRATE KING!”

Unsere Speicherkerne glühen förmlich, denn wir haben sagen und schreibe über ca. 1.300 Fotos von euren genialen Cosplays im Kasten. 📸✨

Wario is greedy, selfish, and loves money more than anything. He’s stronger than Mario, but less heroic and often quite devious. Instead of rescuing princesses, he’s usually only interested in treasure, wealth, or causing chaos.
Still, he’s not a classic villain, but more of an anti-heroic troublemaker. In games like WarioWare, he’s even the star of the show, providing crazy, fast-paced minigames.
His trademarks: yellow clothes, purple overalls, a big mustache, and a pretty loud, cheeky laugh

On a quiet dock near the Sabaody Archipelago, Lucky Roux sat on a crate, devouring a mountain of roasted meat. Grease covered his hands, his focus absolute.
A maid in a frilly outfit approached, smiling. “Sir, may I join you?” she asked, leaning closer.
No response. Roux bit into another chunk.
She tried again, playful. “Maybe I could… entertain you?”
Still nothing. Roux reached behind him with surprising speed, grabbing another plate before it hit the ground. His reflexes, sharp as ever, never failed him.
The maid sighed. “Am I really losing to meat?”
Roux finally spoke, mouth full. “Meat don’t talk. Meat don’t distract.”
He kept eating. She walked away defeated.

A broken pizzeria stood silent. Bartholomew Kuma stepped inside, his heavy footsteps echoing.
From the stage, Freddy Fazbear slowly powered on. Eyes glowing, jaw creaking, he stared at Kuma.
The lights flickered. Freddy moved… gone in an instant.
Behind Kuma, metal claws swung. CLANG. Kuma blocked with his paw. The impact shook the room. Freddy attacked again, faster, glitching through shadows like a ghost in code.
Kuma raised his hand.
A shockwave burst out.
Freddy was launched across the room, crashing into the stage. Sparks flew, but he stood again, relentless.
Kuma vanished.
In a blink, he touched Freddy’s chest.
A bubble formed, pushing out the animatronic’s violent force itself. Freddy froze mid-step, systems failing.
The pizzeria went quiet.
Kuma turned… and walked away.
Freddy???
Under a silent red moon, Bartholomew Kuma stepped into a gothic academy. Shadows whispered as Draculaura floated down, smiling with gentle fangs.
“I sense no malice,” she said.
A cursed spirit lunged from the dark. Kuma raised his palm. With the power of the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi, he repelled the creature in a flash of compressed air.
Draculaura clapped softly. “So strong… but kind.”
Another wave came. She summoned a swarm of bats, shielding students while Kuma warped between foes, pushing each threat away.
When silence returned, she bowed. Kuma simply turned, vanishing with a soft pop.
“Guess even monsters have heroes,” she whispered.

In a dim tavern on the Grand Line, Dracule Mihawk celebrated his birthday in silence, a glass of wine in hand. The door slammed open. Señor Pink walked in, swimming through the air like it was water, baby bonnet proud.
“Hard-boiled birthday, huh?” he grinned.
Soon, Perona floated in, ghosts swirling, while Shanks laughed, already pouring sake.
Drinks turned into a battle. Shanks matched every shot with a grin. Perona cheated with Hollow tricks. Mihawk stayed calm, his hawk eyes sharp.
Señor Pink fought bravely, chug after chug. But in the end, he crashed under the table, still smiling.
“Hard-boiled… defeat…”
