🌟 Member Spotlight: Karmen Bentley Blue 🌟
Karmen Bentley Blue, Ph.D. is a transformational People Analytics executive with more than 20 years of experience helping Fortune 500 organizations turn workforce data into strategic insight. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of People Analytics at Cox Enterprises, she leads a team focused on elevating analytic maturity across the enterprise, expanding self-service analytics tools and capabilities for the HR community, and driving exploration, experimentation, and strategic conversations about the role AI will play in the future of workforce analytics.
In November 2025, she co-presented "From Signal to Strategy: How People Analytics Fuels AI ROI" at the Insight222 People Analytics peer conference. Prior to Cox, Dr. Blue held senior analytics leadership roles at Microsoft and The Coca-Cola Company, where she delivered essential workforce insights to Chief People Officers, Chief Diversity Officers, and global HR leadership. She holds a Masters and Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from The University of Memphis and is currently member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, the Society for People Analytics, and the Georgia Association for Industrial Organizational Psychology. A proud new member of BIOP, she looks forward to contributing to a community committed to advancing diverse voices in the field.
Dr. Blue is also a dedicated mentor who maintains lasting relationships with People Analytics professionals across her career network. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom to a college freshman and a self-described serial hobbyist. Guided by her belief that stretching the mind and body is one of the best forms of self-care, her many hobbies include playing bass guitar, container gardening, nature photography, and most recently, indoor roller skating.

🌟 Member Spotlight: Tanisha St.Fort 🌟
Tanisha St.Fort is a Senior Project Manager in Corporate Communications at Capital One, where she leads internal event execution and is transitioning into a more strategic role, supporting both internal and external initiatives across the Global Enterprise Affairs (GEA) and Citizenship portfolio. Her work focuses on designing high-impact experiences that drive engagement, strengthen partnerships, and align with broader organizational priorities, supporting initiatives that engage executives and senior leaders as key stakeholders.
Her role spans stakeholder collaboration, event portfolio coordination, and the development of scalable processes that enhance how events are delivered across the organization. Tanisha is particularly passionate about creating experiences that are not only operationally excellent, but also grounded in strategy, business priorities, and mission-driven, long-term impact. She believes events are a powerful opportunity to recognize and celebrate great work, while enabling employees to see themselves reflected in the organization’s impact, connect more deeply to its vision, and understand how their contributions align with broader goals. She is excited to extend this impact to external-facing events that strengthen partnerships and further amplify the organization’s mission.
Tanisha is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Bellevue University.
