💜 5 Tips (+ a Bonus!) for Neurodivergent Folks Planning Your Wedding 💜 1️⃣ Be yourself, always If you never wear your hair up, don’t start now. You want to feel and look like you so when you see your photographs, it’s you, not someone else. 2️⃣ Pick the right vendors for you You’re gonna spend a lot of time with these people so make sure you actually vibe with them. The right team makes everything feel lighter and more fun. 3️⃣ Comfort is everything If certain fabrics or textures annoy you, ditch them. You deserve to feel amazing and comfy all day. Bonus points for shoes you can actually walk in without pain 👟💖 4️⃣ Plan little quiet moments Even just 5–10 minutes with your partner or a tiny solo breather can make a massive difference if things get overwhelming. It’s not just okay it’s necessary ✨ 5️⃣ Eat what you love You might not feel like eating much on the day so stash your fave snacks nearby. And eat well in the week before too. Fuel equals more energy and fewer overwhelm wobble moments 💜 💧 Bonus tip Hydrate! Not just on the day but in the week leading up too. Your brain and body will love you for it xx 💦 💫 There are no rules when it comes to weddings despite what people may tell you or how you feel. Do what feels right for you 💜
