Tom Barnes, celebrated as one of the UK's most talented young chefs, is carving his own niche in Manchester’s NOMA district.
Skof is as down-to-earth as its chef. The building is a former drapery warehouse that wears its Edwardian industrial heritage with pride. Our design revels in the simplicity of bare brick, terracotta tiles, and natural light. The pared-back look is both soft and hard-edged, a blend of urban and natural. In this easygoing space, it’s all about the ambition of the food and the skills on display in the centrepiece kitchen. Skof is warm and welcoming – a showcase for big flavours and unpretentious dining.

Following the recent opening at the Ziggo Dome, The Vinyl Room arrives at Copenhagen’s Royal Arena, presented by Bang & Olufsen.
This exclusive backstage listening bar draws inspiration from traditional Japanese kissa lounges, offering an intimate pre-show retreat. A dedicated entrance provides seamless access, while a carefully curated playlist sets the tone for an elevated listening experience. Guests are invited to settle into cosy, dimly lit booths and enjoy Japanese-style small plates, paired with aromatic cocktails. A handpicked vinyl collection forms the backdrop as music and atmosphere take centre stage.
When the show begins, step directly into the heart of the Royal Arena—and return afterwards to close the night in a space that draws artists and guests alike.

Step inside The Vinyl Room—the Ziggo Dome’s exclusive new listening bar.
Our recent collaboration with Live Nation and their in-house design studio, Blueprint. We were tasked with developing their new Vinyl Room brand for the first application of this lounge concept within the existing Ziggo Dome Arena in Amsterdam.
Inspired by traditional Kissa lounges, the setting blends Japanese minimalism, warm lighting, soft seating and earthy tones. Further enhanced with vinyl records and thoughtfully curated artwork, to result in a unique space where storytelling and music take centre stage.
