THE REUBEN:
An impressive stack of pastrami, loaded with pickles, Swiss cheese and a homemade Russian dressing - an absolute classic in the bagel world.
THE TOFU:
For all the vegans (and non-vegans of course), salt and pepper baked tofu, lathered in teriyaki sauce, a vegan kewpie mayo, finished with a carrot, cabbage and spring onion slaw for crunch.
THE SALMON:
A Black Pine take on the classic salmon and cream cheese, our hot smoked salmon and cream cheese is finished off with a verdita hot sauce - an excellent balance of colour and flavour.

Our recent offering from Wilton Benitez, this Colombian flavour bomb has been our house batch brew for some weeks now.
This washed advanced process Red Bourbon boasts flavours of raspberry ripple and stewed rhubarb - it’s the Jammy Dodger coffee we all know and love.

You know that lovely Peruvian Geisha that we have on hand pour? Well the chap (Ebert Huaman) who grows it is coming to our shop on Wednesday 20th May along with Mark who imports it. They're bringing along a selection of coffees from Finca Artemira for a public cupping and a chat.
Don't worry if you've never done a coffee cupping before, it's basically what we're doing when you hear weird slurps from the bar when you're trying to enjoy your flat white.
Everyone is welcome and we'll get started at 5pm. We'd love to see some regulars and other coffee pals there!

QUEBRADITAS BY BLACK PINE COFFEE.
Possibly our funkiest, most unique coffee yet, this is our new offering from Edinson Argote.
Like drinking a mojito (or a refreshing, minty mocktail for the non-drinkers), notes of summer fruits and white rum make this an excellent new addition to our hand pour menu, along with our current Geisha offering.

El Carmen - our house coffee and the base of all of your drinks. Grown by the fair hooves of this goat.
Well, actually grown by @ruedafarms who we were fortunate enough to visit last January. Although a whole year has passed (somehow) we're still processing the experience and information we crammed into our brains.
