Since we’ve known one another, we’ve bonded over our shared love of Jagged Little Pill. It’s a record that shaped our childhood in so many ways and was formative for our love of music. We’ve talked about doing a JLP tribute for over a decade, and the topic came up when we were on tour out west with
@blacklabmastering . After returning home and getting settled, Shelley texted us on a Saturday morning, “We gotta do the Alanis thing”. And from there, the three of us set out on this project.
We truly didn’t know what to expect, but a sold-out Zanzabar with a room full of people singing every word with us was beyond anything we could have imagined. We’re so grateful to have shared such a special night.
