The Velvet Sea is a stunning, alcohol-free creation built by our very own Katelyn “KP”, who works tirelessly as one of our beloved bar backs and crafted a complex, thoughtful, non-alcoholic cocktail that ensures no guest is left out of the toast. They masterfully combined NA spirits & bitters with fresh citrus to bring this moody, beautifully balanced drink to life.

A half-pound of fresh Manila clams simmered in a rich wine and butter broth with tomato, onion, red bell pepper, garlic and chili flake. Served with toasted French baguette for soaking up every last drop.

Cauliflower Tacos 🌮
Two tacos with lightly hand battered cauliflower, cabbage, baja sauce, house made pico de gallo, lime, tortilla chips, salsa.

Made with @ulisfamoussausage lamb merguez, this sandwich brings a bold North African–French street food classic to your plate. Spicy grilled lamb sausage, seasoned with harissa, cumin, and warm spices, is served on a fresh French roll and topped with arugula and pickled red onion for the perfect balance. Add caramelized onions for $1.
