The Sunicrust Project
Transforming a derelict industrial shell in Geelong’s historic Sunicrust Bakery into the APCO Service Stations head office required precision, control, and high-level coordination — all while the business continued to operate around us.
Designed by Bespoke Architects, the space is defined by restrained materials and meticulous detailing. Raplastas timber acoustic ceilings, inset fabric wall panels, and purpose-built booth seating were installed with exacting alignment, leaving nothing to chance.
In a minimalist fit-out, simplicity is unforgiving. There’s no trim, no façade, no cover-up — every junction, every finish, every line must be perfect.
Projects like this succeed through collaboration with skilled designers and trades who understand that quality is measured in what you don’t see: precision, patience, and control.

The Rove — Ocean Grove
This space had been empty for a while after its days as the old Zebra Bar. We delivered a full interior transformation to bring it back to life.
The interior was stripped back and refit with new flooring, fresh tiling, layered lighting, and simple joinery details that give the space its character.
Completed on a tight program leading into summer, the venue is now fully operational — a testament to clear planning, strong teamwork, and quality execution.
