this land has one of the most stunning nude beaches I have ever explored
because of this nook of sunkissed bliss, I am able to nurture my daughter's understanding of her precious temple and that she is one with all beings and aspects of Mama Earth
we're all just little wild animals
furry, impulsive little fawns
looking to nestle, looking to mate
wanting to impress,
withholding to not offend
secretly mesmerized by one another's flaws
the layers no one gets to see
would you show me?

we met on a hot sunny day, running amuck around the blue condos where seemingly all of the kids hung out
you were in fifth grade, I was in fourth
you were just a grubby kid with long hair on a scooter and I was a shy girl who laughed at all your jokes
out of all of the neighborhood boys in the squaw, you saw me most and quickly became my best friend, my confidant, my protector..
from skating around rainbow glen, to taking years of choir together, learning so much about the male species in general by your strange example lol, you grew close to my entire family, we'd spend weeks on end side by side, we shared fountains of music with one another and I can accredit half of my movie taste directly to you, I've lost count of how many times we'd risked our lives just to feel something, we'd shoot guns into dark canyons, you'd rescue me from parties where I'd black out from a misplaced death wish, introduced me to psychoactive therapies and gifted me invaluable perspective on consciousness, you'd pick me up on the back of your dirt bike when I'd run away from home telling no one where I'd be, you filled your truck with boys to go "talk" to my meanie boyfriends ahahaha finally to moving to the woods with me to meet my daughter shortly before you left this world ..
