They are one of the few havens for original music in south Florida. They booked our first show and have given us so many great opportunities. Blabscam were fun, tight, and full of energy. The kind of set that feels reminiscent of 90s punk rock, fast, loud, and built to keep things moving. They came in with a strong presence and didn’t let up, keeping the room locked in the whole time.
Coming out of Lake Worth, Florida, Blabscam bring that raw punk edge with influences ranging from Jimi Hendrix to The Ramones and Nirvana. Their name comes from a Christopher Hitchens essay critiquing the 24-hour news cycle, adding a layer of intention behind the chaos. They’ve got a new 5-song EP GIGACHUD dropping April 25, with a release show at Propaganda.
They’re another touring band coming through from Florida, so LA, show them some love and follow them!
