Since I got my new computer, I've been able to make more realistic and dynamic environments. Something that I have been wanting to experiment with is lighting, specifically selective lighting. I figured what better way to do this than with a bpm synced visual.
I look forward to making visuals just like this for DJs, music producers and businesses.

A simple but out of this world visual for @djthedj415 ! I created this hybrid visual (3D logo with 2D elements) because he shared his love of Star Wars with me. I added some extra effects for the visual showcase to match the song. Anything space related fits perfectly with the EDM scene, so it was an easy choice!

Visual sizes matter because you don’t want to show up to a venue and have your visuals cropped out proportion or pixelated. This is the most common issue when I see visuals from DJs who tried to make their own visuals….don’t.
Your visuals should be 16x9. This is 1920x1080 (HD) or 3840 x 2160 (4k).

Take a look at this brand new 3D visual for @itsdarknite , one of the last visuals I made on my old computer. If this visual looks familiar, it’s because it is. I made two versions of it. One for a song reel for Darknite, and another as a full looping concert visual. I was really inspired to play around with lighting with this visual.
