This is just the beginning of KYM (Keep Yourself Moving), something I hope becomes a space that inspires people to move, grow, and feel good in every sense of the word. I’m nervous, I’m proud, and I’m so ready.
It’s been humbling and exciting all at once… stepping into an industry I love but barely knew, making mistakes, figuring it out, and slowly realizing that this space could be so much more.
KYM is the next chapter of what was once JYM, and I have to thank
