We are far more mentally unstable as a collective than we want to admit. Most people are already operating through distorted perception, emotional addiction, unresolved trauma, nervous system dysregulation, and subconscious self-deception they mistake for truth. Then we introduce ketamine, psychedelics, and hallucinogens into minds that often lack grounding, discernment, or emotional regulation — and act shocked when some people come back more fragmented instead of healed. A fractured mind will often interpret fragmentation as enlightenment. And the more unstable someone becomes, the harder it can be for them to recognize it in themselves. Comment šŸ‘‰šŸ½ SHADOW and I’ll send you my šŸŽ™ļøepisode: The Problem with Shadow Work. #shadowwork #ifs #partswork #ketaminetherapy

The people who are often attracted to parts work and medicine ceremonies are the least viable candidates for it. 🤫 This episode explores what started with Jung’s version of shadow work to something different and terrifying today. We cover: šŸ‘‰šŸ½ parts work šŸ‘‰šŸ½ shadow work šŸ‘‰šŸ½ IFS (sorry šŸ¤“) šŸ‘‰šŸ½ medicine ceremony šŸ‘‰šŸ½ spirituality

If behavior were truly random—or just a loose mix of ā€œbiological, psychological, and social factorsā€ā€”you shouldn’t be able to predict it with precision using historical data alone. No interview. No reliance on self-report. No lab testing. And yet… you can. That’s the crack in the model. For decades, psychology has leaned into complexity: Multiple variables. Nonlinear causality. ā€œToo many factors to isolate.ā€ Useful for describing behavior. Not built for predicting it. Because once behavior becomes predictable, it stops being a phenomenon—and starts being a system. And systems have structure. Order. Repeatable sequences. The uncomfortable question isn’t can behavior be predicted. It’s: What does it mean for the current paradigm if it already is? Human behavior isn’t random. It’s patterned. And patterns leave data. You just haven’t been shown how to read it. PredictiveMind predicts patterns of thought, behavior and decision making with 98.3% accuracy so you can learn to see your self-deception themes, blind spots and the underlying motivations that drive your behavior on autopilot. Take the test šŸ‘‰šŸ½ comment BRAIN

There comes a point where holding on tighter only keeps you stuck where you are. The answers won’t come from thinking harder, or planning better, or trying to predict every possible outcome. They come from letting go… surrendering into the frequency of faith ( a belief in something beyond what you can see) Not everything meaningful in life can be controlled. Some things are only found in the quiet space where you finally stop trying to force them and let God lead. #frequency #faith #miracles #healer

Shame doesn’t help you get better. It actually keeps you stuck. If you’re constantly looping—hiding, deflecting, blaming, you might be addicted to shame. Comment SHAME and I’ll send you the link. #DecodedPodcast #Shame #Psychology #Accountability #BreakThePattern

There’s always a handful of clients that reach out to me crying after lecture 12 of Module 1. The conversation usually goes something like this… šŸ‘‰šŸ½ For ___ # of years, I just assumed I was a monster. That there was something wrong with me. I kept these things in and hidden. No one ever knew. Watching your lecture set me free. I can breathe again. For the record, it’s often 30-50 years they are throwing in there. No understanding what intrusive thoughts are, where they come from and they they aren’t a sign that something is inherently wrong with you. 🫠 šŸŽ™ļø Listen to EP. 16 | The Truth About Intrusive Thoughts šŸ‘‰šŸ½ comment: INTRUSIVE #intrusivethoughts #pureocd #rumination #emotionalwellness

Comment šŸ‘‰šŸ½ TOXIC if you want to decode how some Brain Pattern Types get locked in toxic cycles when they could just learn to: 🧠 ask better questions 🧠 stop assuming intent 🧠 stop filling in gaps 🧠 stop projecting fears and insecurities 🧠 question your motives honestly You likely feel like šŸ‘‡šŸ½šŸ‘‡šŸ½šŸ‘‡šŸ½ 🫣 you aren’t getting the validation or reassurance to make you feel safe or worthy 🫣 you aren’t sure if you’re doing something right or should feel confident Projection is a slippery slope… if you are already questioning yourself or feeling unsure, you will easily misinterpret someone else’s words or tone to justify what your brain is already thinking. (Pssst… that’s confirmation bias and it’s baked into Brain Patterns) Take a chance… ask questions. Assume positive intent and remember that not all people think and feel the way you do. Healing comes when we learn to find common ground instead of memes that justify where we are stuck. I hope you use this to build a bridge and understand someone better today šŸ«¶šŸ½ Comment šŸ‘‰šŸ½ TOXIC to get this episode #toxicrelationship #narcissism #covertnarcissism #emotionalregulation

The Marble Jar Theory doesn’t work if you don’t address the skewed perception determining the measurement šŸ¤ÆšŸ¤“ It’s still keeping score and it’s not taking into consideration that what feels ā€œsafeā€ is subjective. You know the saying, one man’s trash is another man’s treasure? Well, how about this: One person takes charge and takes care of issues before the other person has a chance to be burdened by it… only problem is šŸ‘‰šŸ½ if that person has control issues instead of saying thank you or understanding the positive intent they focus on being left out of the decision making process or planning. Or how about this… One person is securely attached - not needy, self-contained and doesn’t stress about needing constant communication, after all… they chose their partner and they’re willing to assume positive intent. Only problem is šŸ‘‰šŸ½ you’re dating someone who wants constant check-ins, updates and communication. This eventually starts to feel like a prison. One person’s attempt at feeling safe has become the EXACT way the other person STOPS feeling safe. In this Marble Jar nonsense, the securely attached person would have lost marbles and the irony is that the securely attached person would never count marbles ANYWAY because they don’t see value in keeping score and being critical. So, here’s what I want you to think about… should you dissect your current definitions of ā€œsafely and work in healing your nervous system before you try to put marbles in a jar 🫠🤫🧠 #marblejartheory #brenebrown #emotionalrewiring #neuroscience
