This month, we’re exploring how we navigate, challenge, and reimagine the sacred. Through the works of Bell Hooks, Nawal El Saadawi, and Habiba Elahi, we’ll trace the path from ritualized shame to spiritual autonomy.
We’re opening the space to ask: How do we think liberation within and beyond tradition?
A conversation for diverse perspectives, honest reflection, and collective learning. We can’t wait to hold space with you! 🌸

🌿 Was ihr mitnehmt:
Vortragssprache: Deutsch
Coming from an analytical conflict researcher background I had to learn myself how to let my intuition re-emerge. And painting abstractly helped me so much. I'm still learning and I'd love to share that with you. I'm happy to get to do that in the beautiful space of @biwocrising
Open for everyone, no experience required

CORRECTION: Workshop is on Wednesday the 15th of April 15:30-19:30 and not on Tuesday, 14th of April as previously published in an error. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Those who have already signed up will receive a free day pass to our coworking space, or if already members, a pass to host an event/gathering of their choice.

15:30-19:30 @ BIWOC* Rising - open to BIPOC entrepreneurs, self employed folks, and BIPOC in general.
Your idea gets ignored, then a male coworker says it and everyone loves it? Someone assumes you’re “the diversity hire” before you even speak? A friend misgenders you then demands your validation? A group leaves you out of planning because the venue “isn’t accessible”, without asking?
Roses of Care Awareness collective bring their expertise from Berlin’s social spaces to help you navigate these moments in real time.
🌷 This session comes with:
🌷 Guided chats on the biases that show up at work and elsewhere
🌷 Scripts & comebacks for the moments you wish you had the words
🌷 A cozy corner of self compassion, self-care and collective support
Language: English. This session is exclusively open to BIPOC
We all carry stories within us, memories of where we come from, moments of change, and the quiet details of everyday life. The challenge isn’t finding a story but it’s learning how to give it form.
This workshop invites you to transform your personal experiences into a documentary photography project. Working with family archives as a starting point, you’ll explore identity, connect past and present, and create new images that bring your story to life.
Don’t have access to family photos? That’s not a barrier. The absence itself becomes the heart of your project,a starting point to explore identity, memory, and imagination.
The Creative Process
• Expand Your medium: Use photography alongside any medium you feel comfortable with to express your story
• Shape Your Narrative: Learn sequencing and composition to build a cohesive story
• Create Something Lasting: Finish with a handmade photobook, both a personal artwork and a professional portfolio piece
Who is this for?
Priority is given to young adults (18–27) with an immigrant background who identify as BIPOC FLINTA*. A limited number of spots are reserved for participants over 27.

We’re thrilled to gather once again at @biwocrising , a beautiful, community-built coworking space infused with care, love, and intention 💜
This month, we’re reflecting on feminist movements, from personal awakenings to collective resistance. Together, we’ll explore the many strategies that shape these movements, while opening space to question: who is included, who is centered, and how can we build more inclusive, intersectional futures?
Through shared stories and discussion, we’ll trace how individual experiences connect to broader systems, and how solidarity transforms awareness into action. A conversation that will no doubt bring diverse perspectives, honest reflection, and collective learning. We can’t wait to hold space with you! 🌸
