crispy outer layer 🤝 tender meat (finally tried @gyukatsu_kyotokatsugyu_au 🥩)
definitely recommend both the a5 wagyu and ox tongue! i don’t know why the ones i tried in japan just weren’t that crispy on the outside but this was perfect and exactly what i expect gyukatsu to be 🤤 there’s many sauce options so i like that you can eat it however you like! also comes with a side of salad and miso soup to balance out the greasiness 👍
tip: go after (or close to) 8pm as it’s less busy then!
