This dining experience HAS to be one of my favourite of 2026 so far... honestly French Bistros are really having their moment & @bistrosable is no exception, a brand new spot located in Islington with candle lit tables, a menu that changes daily & great service this NEEDS to be added to your London list! 🇫🇷🕯💫 Bold statement but I can hands down say that they serve one of the best French Onion Soups i’ve ever had (directly comparing with a famous spot I tried in Paris last year). Also Baked Cheese Soufflé also deserves a shout out too. A NEW FRENCH FAVORITE 🍷🧈 @bistrosable feels like that effortlessly chic Parisian escape you stumble into and immediately want to gatekeep 🤍 From the moment you walk in, it’s giving cosy neighbourhood bistro meets understated date-night spot — warm lighting, crisp white tablecloths, and that low hum of conversation that makes you want to linger over one more glass of wine. The menu leans classic French, done with confidence rather than fuss. We went all in: /steak tartare , cheese soufflé and perfectly cooked steak frites, and endless pommes frites (no complaints). It’s indulgent, comforting, and exactly what you want from a proper bistro. And dessert? A must. The dark chocolate mousse with cherry was the standout — rich, velvety, and just the right balance of deep chocolate with a sharp, fruity lift. One of those desserts you don’t want to share (but probably should). It’s the kind of place that works for everything — casual catch-ups, slow dinners, or a low-key date that accidentally turns into hours. Not trying too hard, just doing everything really well.

Cosy Neighbourhood Bistro 🇫🇷🍷⁣ ⁣ A little slice of Paris in London, with a cosy candlelit ambience and delicious food I really enjoyed our dinner @bistrosable ✨⁣ ⁣ Highlights were the incredible cheese soufflé (a must order) rotisserie chicken with an addictive white wine sauce and the most amazing warm madeleines. There’s a good selection of wine and cocktails, I loved the Pinot Noir - This is definitely one you want to visit, great for date night with that romantic fireplace, I’m still thinking about it now! 🤍
