Y’all — two restaurants is not for the faint of heart.
Our team has been holding it down 7 days a week while we’ve been pulled into opening Scouts. Overtime, schedule changes, doing whatever it takes — they’ve made this all possible, and we’re incredibly grateful.
This shift gives everyone a more consistent schedule, time to recharge, and allows us to keep our standards exactly where they need to be.

St. Louis — we just want to say thank you. Truly. From the bottom of our hearts for the years of love and support, going all the way back to Dinner at the Loft.
For Scouts to land in the Top 20 within our first six months fills us with so much gratitude (and a lot of motivation). Our FOH & BOH staff are incredible — they’re the ones who truly bring that space to life every single night.
And our baby — The Biscuit Joint. Three years in a row on this list. The heart of everything we’re building. We’re blown away by the continued growth and support, especially as we approach three years of being open. Our small but MIGHTY crew gets after it week in and week out, allowing us to open another space without losing momentum.
We are nothing without this community. The guests who show up, support us, and grow with us — this is because of you.
We’re grateful. We’re proud. And we’re excited for what’s ahead.
