Welcome to episode 14 of my Crumpet glow-up series!! Obviously I complete this crumpet without including BISCOFF!! This Biscoff cheesecake crumpet is actually a pretty healthy balanced meal thanks to the addition of my favourite @macr0mike protein powder - giving it over 30g of protein to keep you full!!

Biscoff Cheesecake Crumpet
INGREDIENTS:
✅ 2 crumpets
✅ 1/2 cup (150g) vanilla Greek yogurt tablespoons
✅ 1 tablespoon (12g) white sugar
✅ 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (I used @macr0mike vanilla buttercream - my discount code is “amb-chen”)
✅ 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread, melted
METHOD:
1. Make the cheesecake mixture by mixing yoghurt, vanilla protein powder and sugar until combined
2. Spread it over crumpets
3. Decorate with a drizzle of melted Biscoff
4. Air-fry for 10 minutes at 170 degrees C/ 350 degrees F until golden brown

biscoff tiramisu.. no added sugar, no eggs.. all the sweet you need is in the biscoff cream🫠.. recipe👇🏻
Ingredients:
biscoff biscuits (30 exactly)
35% fat whipping cream (50-60 ml)
Mascarpone (250 gr)
Biscoff crunchy spread (half a jar)
Biscoff creamy spread (half a jar)
Coffee (i used filter coffee)
Instructions:
Whip the cream until stiff
Melt the biscoff spreads in the microwave
Whip the mascarpone with the biscoff spreads until smooth
Add some cream to the mascarpone mixture and fold everything in together
Layer the biscoff biscuits in your dish
Pour some coffee on top
(Or you can dip the biscuits in the coffee)
Add a layer of your cream
A layer of biscuits
A layer of cream
A layer of biscuits
A final layer of cream
Pour over the rest of the melted biscoff spreads on top and cover
One biscoff biscuit right in the middle (for show)
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until it sets and enjoy🫶🏻

Ingredients:
100g vegan butter
250g dark chocolate
125g caster sugar
125g brown sugar
300g plant-based milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
185g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
190g biscoff biscuits
250g biscoff spread
130g biscoff cream biscuits
Line the tin with the biscuits, save a few for the top to crush
Warm the crunchy Biscoff in a piping bag
Melt the chocolate, butter, sugars together
Whisk in the vanilla and milk
Whisk the dry ingredients together and stir into the wet
Pipe the blobs of biscoff in and swirl
Top with halved cookies and crushed biscuit and bake for about 30-35 mins on 170c fan.
Allow to cool for about 20 mins in the tin, then turn out, cool completely or chill if you wish, before cutting into squares.

White Chocolate Biscoff Blondies🤍
Ingredients
170 g melted unsalted butter
190 g flour
4 g baking powder (about ¾ tsp)
2 g salt (about ⅓ tsp)
130 g brown sugar
120 g white (granulated) sugar
¾ tsp vanilla
1 egg + 1 yolk
65 g Biscoff spread
50 g Biscoff cookies (broken)
65 g white chocolate
Instructions:
Cream melted butter with both sugars until glossy and smooth.
Add egg, yolk, and vanilla. Mix in Biscoff spread.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt, mix, Fold in cookies and white chocolate.
Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 28–35 min until the center is just set.

Butter ( 2 tsp melted)
Blend the biscuits, place in your cup
Add the melted butter and press it out
Cheesecake filling:
35% fat whipping cream (45-50 ml)
Cream cheese (about 75 gr)
Powdered sugar (25 gr)
Biscoff spread creamy (1/2 tbsp for the cream, 1 tbsp for topping)
Whisk the cream until stiff
Add the cream cheese and powdered sugar and whisk until smooth
Finally, add 1/2 tbsp biscoff cream and mix until smooth
Place the cream in the cup smooth it out
Add melted biscoff spread on top and smooth it out
Place 1 biscoff lotus biscuit on top (for show)
Refrigerate for an hour, and enjoy🫶🏻

Biscoff spread creamy (3-4 tbsp)

Recipe:
Place 16 biscoff lotus biscuits around the edges (8 inch // 19 cm tin)
Blend biscoff lotus biscuits, mix with melted butter and press it out in the middle
Rest in the fridge while preparing the rest
Whip the cream until stiff
In another bowl; whip cream cheese and powdered sugar then add melted biscoff spread
Fold everything in together
Place the cream in the tin and smooth it out
Add the melted biscoff spread on top and let it set
Then add the biscuit and crumbles (only for show)
