Burnt Chillies is one of my favourite flavour profile from Sichuan Cuisine : @eugene.see Burnt Chillies gives very nice smoky flavour and it goes so well with our charred baby squid that stuffed with mentaiko and burnt chillies and served on a bed of burnt chillies fava bean ragout and squid ink furikake chips. #amoystreet #sgrestaurant #birdsofafeathersg #sgfoodies #sgeats
