Happy Mother’s Day mamas!!! Can you believe I woke up this beautiful today??? Here’s my special beauty hack: after years of our early-riser child (we all have one) just coming into our room and starting a conversation with me every day before 7am, I got this handy dandy little sign and put it on my bedroom door. I had a meeting with Evelyn and explained how when you go to someone’s house and they have a baby, sometimes the baby is napping and you have to whisper, or if you need to do something near the baby’s room you tiptoe silently, etc. I saw her eyes light up and she said “YOU’RE THE BABY!” YES!!! Yes exactly my amazing child, I AM the BABY. If this door is closed, the baby is sleeping.
It’s been up three days and I feel awesome.

Not super easy to photograph this wraparound ankle coverup memorial tattoo but it was my absolute favorite to work on. I really love these kinds of projects! Two walks in two days?! Keep it up, weather! Yesterday’s walk was short but included the kids and bothering one very small snake 11/10.
