If your driver feels inconsistent… it’s probably your setup, not your swing.
Most golfers:
• Guess how far to stand from the ball
• Use their iron setup with the driver
• Keep their shoulders level instead of adding tilt
That combination makes it hard to hit up on the ball, killing distance and consistency off the tee.
Clean this up and your driver starts working for you, not against you.
Save this before your next round.

Most golfers ruin their swing before they even start it.
The problem usually happens at setup.
A lot of beginners bend their knees and accidentally sit down like they’re in a chair. When that happens your spine gets too upright and your swing loses rotation.
This simple setup drill teaches you how to hinge from the waist and build the correct posture before the swing even begins.
Save this for your next range session and share it with a friend!

The driver doesn’t need to be complicated — most golfers just never learned to feel the swing first.
Try this drill at your next range session:
1. Stand tall and extend the club straight out from your chest
2. Draw wide circles around your body with your hands — feel the weight of the clubhead
3. Slowly work your way down into your golf posture
4. That’s your natural swing arc — now rip it
The goal is to stop forcing the swing and start feeling it. Once your body understands the arc, everything clicks.
Save this for the range. ⬇️

Why beginners slice About 80% of beginner golfers slice ⛳️😬. It usually happens because the downswing starts too steep, with the lead wrist cupped 👐, forcing an outside-to-in path ➡️⬅️.
2️⃣ The fix: shallow the club Shallowing the club ⬇️ at the start of the downswing keeps it in front of you 🏌️♂️, creating an inside-to-out path ↗️ for straighter, more consistent shots 🎯.
3️⃣ How it should feel Your lead wrist stays flat ✋, and your elbows stay connected in front of your body 💪. The club feels like it’s “slotting” naturally into the right path 🛷.
4️⃣ Practice tip Start with slow practice swings 🐢, focusing on the motion, not the ball. Be patient ⏳ your slice will disappear, and your swing will feel smoother 🌟.
The wall drill is an effective way to correct both a slice and a hook because it helps golfers develop a more controlled and efficient swing path.
👇👇👇
By swinging close to a wall without hitting it, players learn to keep the club on plane and avoid excessive outside-in or inside-out movements that cause curved shots.
👇👇👇
The drill also improves body rotation, balance, and clubface awareness, helping golfers produce straighter, more consistent ball flight.
👇👇👇
With regular practice, the wall drill builds better swing mechanics and increases confidence on the course.

Practicing only on driving range mats can hurt beginner golfers because mats often disguise poor ball striking and give misleading feedback.
👇👇👇👇
On real grass, hitting the ground before the ball (“fat” shots) causes the club to dig and the shot to lose distance, teaching players proper low-point control, but mats let the club bounce or slide into the ball so many bad strikes still produce decent shots.
👇👇👇👇
This can create false confidence and prevent beginners from learning consistent ball-first contact.
👇👇👇👇
At the same time, mats can feel harsh on slightly heavy strikes, causing some golfers to overcorrect by trying to “pick” the ball cleanly, which leads to thin shots and inconsistent compression on the course.

Try this drill next time you’re on the range for better results!🔥💣⛳️🐤🐤🐤
Many beginner golfers spend hours at the driving range without practicing effectively, which often leads to poor ball striking on the course.🤯
👇👇👇
Instead of focusing on fundamentals like grip, posture, alignment, and consistent swing mechanics, they tend to hit ball after ball as quickly as possible without a clear purpose.
👇👇👇
This repetitive but unfocused practice can reinforce bad habits and make it difficult to develop solid contact.
👇👇👇
Effective range sessions should include deliberate practice, slow adjustments, and feedback so golfers can build consistency and improve the quality of their shots.

The honest truth about every supplement golfers try. What golfers actually need exists. It’s been hiding in plain sight. And once you know what it
is, you’ll wonder how you ever played without it!
It’s all about the focus stack! The neuroscience has backed it up for over 20 years! #golfperformance #birdiegum
You were birdieing holes 2 and 3 — doing the math in your head.
Then hole 12 happened.
Double. Triple. And suddenly your swing feels like it belongs to a stranger.
Your swing didn’t change. Your focus collapsed. 🧠
A 4-6 hour round is one of the longest concentration demands in any sport. Most golfers never train for that. They just suffer through it.
The solution:
There is something called the focus stack in supplements.
Caffeine and L-theanine (an amino acid) has scientifically been proven to increase focus!
Most golfers just don’t know about it - look for supplement stacks that have this and watch your back nine fades be a thing of the past!
Stay close. Your back nine is about to be the best part of your round. ⛳

You already know golf is 90% mental.
Most golfers use different substances to focus on the course such as alcohol, nicotine, coffee, and energy drinks.
But the beer slows you down. The nicotine spikes your nerves. The coffee crashes by 9. The energy drink has you shaking over a 3-footer.
There’s a better way to show up.
Caffeine. L-Theanine. B Vitamins.
Focus. Clarity. Balance.
Play every hole like it’s the first.

That’s not a skill problem.
That’s a focus problem.
Most golfers grind for years thinking they just need more reps — meanwhile their mind checks out on hole 10 every single time.
The course didn’t change.
Your concentration did.
We built a focus supplement specifically for golfers who are tired of leaving strokes on the back nine.
