Bulgarian Split Squat might be one of the most valuable lower body exercises you can do because it forces you to confront imbalance, weakness, stability, mobility, and control all at once.
You cannot hide in a rear foot elevated split squat.
Each leg has to produce force independently. Your core has to stabilize. Your hips have to move correctly. Your mind has to stay locked in through discomfort.
It builds strength, balance, athleticism, and resilience.
But more than that, it teaches accountability.
No shortcuts. No leaning on the other side. No escaping the work.
Life works the same way.
The areas where you feel unstable are usually the areas that need the most attention. Keep showing up anyway.

Incline dumbbell press might be the best chest exercise in the gym because it does more than just move weight.
You get a deeper stretch, more range of motion, better upper chest activation, and each arm has to work independently. That means more balance, more control, and less hiding behind compensation patterns.
It also teaches patience.
You cannot rush the rep. You cannot bounce through it. You have to stabilize, control, and press with intention.
A lot of growth works like that.
The uncomfortable angle is usually where the development happens. In the gym. In business. In life.
Keep pressing uphill.
