Extending Help to Villa del Rio 1, Bacayan. In partnership with the SHS-B Batch 1985 Foundation, the Binibining Sugbu Foundation distributed water and floodwalkers to residents of Villa del Rio 1, Bacayan who were affected by Typhoon Tino on November 5. One of the men behind SHS-B Batch 1985 Foundation, Nestor “Nick” Sy, who also serves as pastor of Living Word and a resident of the area, helped lead the relief efforts. Despite searching for his own car that was washed away by the floods, he chose to serve his community first — a true testament of compassion and resilience in the face of loss. Together, we continue to stand with Cebuanos in rebuilding hope after the storm.

This initiative reflects our unwavering belief in the strength and resilience of the Cebuano spirit. Our commitment to assist those impacted by the disaster will continue in the coming weeks.
