◼️ FAMILY DAY OUT | Good weather, great company and a lot of happy kids. Over the weekend, our people came together at Taronga Zoo with their families, stepping away from the office and sites for a day outside of work. It was nice to finally meet the partners, kids and loved ones we hear about in passing, between site updates, busy days and everything in between. It was a great day with the people behind the hard work, and the families who make it all worthwhile!

◼️AUBURN SQUARE | Project Update Stage 2 at Auburn Square is well underway, with site works shaping the North Village Auburn precinct. The multi-residential development will comprise 249 residences across four separate buildings as well as a ground-floor Coles tenancy and additional ground retail. On site, we’ve hit a key milestone, finalising bulk excavation and commencing our first concrete pour. It’s been all hands on deck as the Binah team, alongside our subcontractors and consultants continue to push forward, setting the groundwork for what’s to come. With the continued trust of our partner, Tian An LFD, Stage 2 progresses with strong collaboration from all partners on site. The project will deliver 199 apartments across 27 storeys, set within one of Sydney’s most established and well-connected precincts. Designed by Rothelowman, the development integrates purpose-designed apartments with resident amenities across wellness, work and communal spaces, alongside activated ground-floor retail. Located in Chatswood, the project sits within a well-connected precinct with access to major transport links, retail centres and employment hubs. Build-to-Rent remains a key focus for Binah, with a growing pipeline of projects across the East Coast. ◼️BREAKING GROUND | LEVANDE OATLANDS Last week, Binah joined Levande, Oatlands Golf Club and project partners on site to mark the official commencement of Levande Oatlands. The morning brought together stakeholders across the project, beginning with a Welcome to Country and smoking ceremony, followed by the turning of the first soil. This project lays the foundation for a new partnership with Levande, built on trust in our team. That’s already clear in the strong early momentum, with stakeholders aligned and working closely on site. As Khalil Hafza, Managing Director at Binah, shared, “Throughout the ECI process led by Levande and the Essence team, we signed contracts on Friday and started work on Monday. It’s not something that normally happens in construction, but it’s a testament to the hard work, intensity and commitment from our team and all parties that made it happen.” Speaking on the partnership, Kevin McCoy, Chief Executive Officer at Levande, said, “Projects like this have a lot of challenges, particularly in a complex live environment like a golf course.
