old cruiser, new views
came down through washington on the bdr in the old cruiser. took our time, stopped in hood river for lunch by the water, and hit a fruit stand for fresh berries and a slice of pie that stole the show.
met up with some buddies and kept rolling until we found camp - open ridgeline, mt. hood lit up in the distance, and pine trees as far as you can see. river’s been soaking up all the attention, cruiser’s covered in dust, and the day ended quiet.
simple trip. exactly what we needed.
