It has been a few months since the album dropped and I wanted to say thank you to everyone who showed up to my listening party. The room was filled with artists that I respect and the love was overflowing. My wife @viiivillada was the perfect moderator and I Even got a surprise visit from my mom who drove in on her birthday from NYC. 🥲 thank you @porshaolayiwola and @justbook_ish for believing in my work and opening up your space to me. It means more than you know. 🙌🏾🥲 Some fun stats: my album has been played on over 20 radio stations around the country. #1 charting in Jacksonville Florida 🫡. My album MX is finally here!! 🥹🥂🫂🙌🏾To be able to release a project that is an ode to my NB’s , and a demonstration of my expansiveness feels unreal. I feel like I was truly able to find my voice with this project, give you the range of my songwriting abilities, pour my heart out while working an exhausting 9-5 and still make music that I ENJOY.
