I'm scared to post this, BUT IT MUST BE KNOWN. Trans Town is actually run by, for lack of better words, a tyrant. Eli Gray of WERQ Together was running Bloom House 2.0, a sort of trans halfway house, and, when asked to apologize for leaving a screaming dog locked in the basement for over an hour, they turned on the tenants, changing the house rules, bringing up everything they had resented us for but never brought up, and 3 days later deciding to shut down the 90-day program 40 days in!! This would leave 4 of us homeless THE DAY AFTER TRANS TOWN (including one of us who signed a contract saying she'd still have a home after returning from rehab). We're speaking out against Eli Gray because not only is Trans Relocation Pdx is bringing in trans refugees from other states unsafely, but they also owe multiple folks financially. IF YOU'RE A PERFORMER/VENDOR TRANS TOWN, I HIGHLY SUGGEST DROPPING OUT BECAUSE NOT ONLY ARE THE FUNDS GOING TO THIS MANIPULATOR, BUT YOU MAY NOT EVEN GET PAID FOR YOUR WORK!!!!! .
