Abil (b. 2001) celebrates the importance of recalling memories through her paintings. Memories come in many shapes and forms, and our remembrance took the main stage of their portrayal in the present. In her paintings, Abil makes peace with our inability to keep memories from withering, embraces the presentness of our lives, and offers all the probabilities of tomorrow.
