As the Sea Otter approaches, little windows of time appear. Calm before the storm. Took advantage on Friday and drove out to Mt. Hood. One last muddy rip up Still Creek Rd. before a month on the road. 💕
While the legs had the goods, Mother Nature and poor clothing choices ended my summit attempt 3/4 of the way. My brain refuses to comprehend elevation and temperature change, despite decades of friendly reminders. Snow exists, science is real! ❄️
