The Bride! Part 2: These are some of the locations I was foreman …and the projects I was particularly proud of on the stages. Basement stunt stairs were built on a sound stage. Posters are all from the tunnel /nightclub location. Hand painted black and white vintage posters by Kate Fitz/Sayaka Nagata/Dave Nordine/Heather Piper. The double of the section of wall is a stunt mat that I had to make to match a section of the wall the team created. So it’s a dead match on foam for a death scene where someone gets their skull cracked. Tile door with moss was a location install for the scientists home. Bullet Holes were a fun project I was given for the lab explosion change over. The tombstones were a project I did with Emily Barnhart. The Bride! My latest project to come out in Theater’s! Worked on this movie summer 2024. Got to lead a crazy location for a nightclub tunnel and bathroom in an old train station under a department store in Newark. This bathroom set was my favorite from the film. Art Golden Gai. I was just in Japan for 90 days. The team that lived and worked and created this exhibit will always be incredibly special to me. Throwback to when I was the Charge Scenic for PeeWee on Broadway! Working on this set was definitely a dream moment. My inner child has never been so proud. It was sent to club Nokia in LA before it was put on Broadway.... a union scenic shop did the touch ups so I was never credited for my work when it went to Broadway….and I remember being so mad at the designer and the situation. …when the designer didn’t get me tickets the lead props guy let me in the stage door and gave me 4th row tickets to the show. I got to stand on the stage after and look out into a Broadway theatre for the first time. It was magic. It was recorded as a HBO soecial. #peeweeherman #broadway #oklahoma #rippaulruebens

Went to Colorado for the weekend to celebrate my girl Monica getting hitched and we stayed an extra day for my birthday! We threw a killer Bachelorette party in the mountains. One of the best treats in life is seeing people you love grow into themselves and flourish.
