The strength that hope brings. The possibility of persistence. Photo taken by my Mum at 5:31pm on Oct 22, 2025. The evening of my left nephrectomy for living kidney transplant to my partner of 17 years. I closed my eyes in the OR that morning surrounded by the coolest, kindest and most excited team of brilliant professionals. I woke up in recovery to the news that my kidney was already working away in the body of my love, Sean Poole. This story is so much longer than these few thoughts. It spans years. One day we will share it in a way that captures it more fulsomely. We will talk about advocacy, about PKD, about MS, about ableism, and about incredible support. Until then, I share this photo to celebrate 1 MONTH. A photo that captures this moment in our ride. Hope. @tekpoole

Happy closing to Forgiveness! After 4 months of show run at the Stratford Festival, I gotta say お疲れ様otsukaresama to all the casts and crew! I am so grateful to be part of the team. Sharing a powerful moment of this production, reminding us the important histories to remember. We’ve all worked super hard on perfecting these complex sequences with sound, lights, video and staging integration.
