Luckily we get to do it with the best Hospo BBQ crew in the game. World-class people who put 500 labour hours into every Saturday before the first brisket is sliced. 💪

How to Order with Big Don's 🔥

We Post the Menu every Monday on our timeline.
Then on Tuesdays at 7pm Orders/Bookings open for the week via the link in our bio.
We tend to sell out pretty quickly, so you need to be ready with Apple or Google Pay. In 2024 it's been 1-3 minutes for 1000 heads. The address comes through after ordering, we're in the Bayswater industrial area. ✌️
Currently, we open Saturdays Only, serving 2000kg on the day. The prep is intense making all Sausages, sauces, sides from scratch while slowly smoking the meat. 450 man-hours per week just to open for 4 hours.
Hospitality is a tough enough gig. We aren't going to take a punt on 25k worth of meat and then have it rain, I know you Perth. 😂
We usually only sell group serves, BBQ is meant to be shared. And serving 4x per order speeds up the wait a ton. This is not fast food. But be prepared to wait an hour on Saturday to collect as we slice and serve it fresh Cafeteria style. This beats our old wait times of 4 hours in 2018-2022 when we did PopUps. 👌
Most folks tailgate. Bring a camp chair, an esky, and a crew. 🍻

We're still only Saturdays, with sporadic Friday gigs mixed in. But we're slowly growing and you'll have more chances to get into BDSM over winter.
