This is a movie I’d love you to watch.
It tells two stories,
One, the story of the beginning of transformation and end of mediocrity for teenagers. The beginning of a journey to clarity, which was in fact a great success.
We asked teenagers to share what they learnt that day at the end of the event and the feedback was mind blowing.

The Barbershop Initiative was more than a hangout; it was a safe space for boys to be seen, heard, guided and reminded that their future matters.
Beyond the haircuts, were real conversations about identity, growth, responsibility and becoming better men, because every boy deserves mentorship, community and the chance to grow with intention.
This International Day of the Boy Child, we didn’t just celebrate boys, we invested in them.

You know why i did that?
because i did not want the person to give me a bad rating considering I just started.
They still gave the feedback.
and it made me more angry with myself. 😄
My favorite compliment is “great work”
That’s the evidence that my critical thinking and attention to details paid off.. that’s proof that I did not deliver something regular…
Incase you don’t know, with AI, people work smarter and faster, sit down there and be delivering bare minimum like your ex (I almost did not add that phrase, but I remembered that you can’t beat me)
@fisayofosudo gave us 20 minutes to build the next creator brand, present the brand positioning, content strategy, monetization idea and one viral content concept and Ofcourse Team Green delivered.
Now that I think about it, the human mind is capable of coming up with anything, you just have to put yourself in an environment that allows it.
Ideas just dey fly!
You know one other thing I noticed from that gathering, nobody is doing just one thing, everybody was build something; it felt sooo relaxing to know that the world is filled with people more “restless” than I am.

One thing I genuinely appreciated from today’s session with @fisayofosudo was how deeply he spoke about research and mastery
Studying something deeply enough you become a leader at it. People who know how to connect ideas, skills, industries, systems, and perspectives together in ways other people are not seeing yet.
And honestly, I think that answered a lot of my questions around consistency of feeling.

I genuinely think it’s worth studying.
