Stoked to share this recent drawing I did for @ladiabladenver 🔥 I had the chance to meet with owner Jose Avila, learn all about their barbacoa process (including the underground pit 👀), and even got a tour of their new expansion space! The level of care and tradition behind the food makes it hit that much harder. If you haven’t tried their pozole or pambazo yet, it’s a must 🌶️
