CRAIG “BIG C” MANNIX
Craig “Big C” Mannix is a veteran music industry executive and cultural strategist who has been an influential figure in the Canadian music landscape since the early 1990s. Craig has played a role in the development and marketing of artists including K-os, Kardinal Offishall, Choclair, Sean Paul, and Pressa, helping bridge Canadian hip-hop and reggae with global audiences.
ALISON PERDUE
Currently, I serve as a Day-to-Day Manager at @wednesdaymgmt working closely with The Beaches, Alex Porat, Valley and Montreal-based producer Connor Seidel. In this role, I oversee daily operations, contribute to the development of release strategies, and create impactful social media campaigns that amplify artist visibility and fan engagement.
CARLOS PINEDA
Carlos Pineda is a Latino-Canadian entrepreneur and seasoned executive in the music and entertainment industries. As Founder and CEO of MCMXVI Inc., Carlos leads a boutique management company that develops and manages artists, producers, and creative talent. He currently manages acclaimed artists and producers including Haviah Mighty, John Fellner, KTOE, BEDRM, SlickMadeThat, KAYAM, Baby Linda and Notifi.

Just wanted to share a podcast I recently did — and I’m honestly really proud of this one.
I sat down with Shaun Maslyk and the team at the YouPotential Podcast and we got into my journey, lessons I’ve learned along the way, where I believe the music industry is heading, and my personal philosophy around culture, creativity, and life.
It’s probably the most complete conversation I’ve had publicly — we went deeper than I expected.
My hope in sharing this is that it offers some perspective, maybe a bit of inspiration, and ideally opens the door for new conversations and collaborations.

Any of you that know me know that I speak very highly of my aunt and my grandma. Christy Isaacs and Salome Wyre. They were God-fearing women tough, full of love. i’ve said it many times if there’s anything you like about me, I got it from them. They were also die hard Bluejay fans. I can remember my aunt being distraught when we traded Doc Halladay. She couldn’t understand why I tried to explain to her. He was the only piece of value we had at the time. They both have since passed, but forever still alive in my memory. that’s why years ago I decided to memorialize them with this tattoo. Two Blue Jays, roses and lilies their favourite flowers. It gives me a lot of joy to know that they’re up there, looking down at this and enjoying it thoroughly.

5 AM out on the water, what a great day with a good group of people. I’d like to thank Mike from @finaddicz_sportfishing who is a super dope dude took great care of us and knows his stuff. Feeling happy and blessed another rotation around the sun. This year started out challenging. One thing that I realized that during times of crisis the real people show up for you (so many of you did❤️) . I am truly blessed to have a lot of real people in my life. Melissa, Max love you to death. I am truly thankful for everybody & all the Birthday wishes.
