Holy moly! We raised almost $1500 for @communityaidnetworkmn mutual aid last week. When someone tells you your art is worthless and music isn't helping anybody, this is a powerful reminder of what art can do in just a few hours. I am excited to announce that I am hosting the first annual Hibernation Fest at @331_club on January 29, raising funds for @communityaidnetworkmn
My band will be playing original songs both old and new to meet the moment we are living through. @third.date.band and @big_bigbrain are joining us with music of their own. Wear something cozy and come help us support community aid!
Hope it's not too late to make a 2025 reflection post! We just wanted to say that we are beyond ecstatic to have played some incredible venues to incredible ears this year. We just started this year, and it's wonderful to have played where we have and as much as we have this year. We are incredibly grateful to the wonderful music community that has been playing with us, working with us, and listening to us as we sing and scream our way through the chaos of 2025.
If you've heard our music, you know we don't shy away from political messages, and 2025 was a year of massive destruction on the national and global level, but still we press on and scream back at the void. We couldn't do it without the support we have, so thanks again. While we mourn the destruction caused by this administration, we celebrate our own successes and community.
Big big things planned for 2026, so stay tuned!
