3 Day Residential Healing Workshop.
Link to brochure in bio.
Constellations is a powerful group healing practice. It works beyond the life stories we know, to access issues encoded within us that restrict our movement forward.
As a part of intricate systems, we are deeply held by ancestry, systemic and relational entanglements. Reaching a sense of stuckness in our internal development is normal given this complexity. Constellations takes a wider approach to open through this shifting those patterns of habit, and persistent emotional afflictions we can’t give reason for or releaserfrom our psyche despite our best efforts.
Though trained in many great healing tools, its the most profound practice I offer, going beyond any rational framework and or limited idea of what possible for us. The work isn’t staged or based on established workflows. Instead, we open the group circle with intention, fully honouring all that’s there and trusting in the intelligence of life to make its adjustments for us. To experience this phenomenon is life changing, with the effects of a work resonating through participants lives for years.
Though it’s necessary to be open-minded, there is no need to have previous experience of the work as teaching will be given.
As with prior workshops we’ll be using TRE to support the physical body and making the most of the nourishing environment at Bidston to be in community with each other. We also have Brendan Curtis catering for us this time, which is reason to attend in itself.
While the practice sits beyond logic and requires physical experience to start to grasp, I’ve attempted some further explanation in the brochure, accessible in the bio.
