Disappointed and proud at the same time.
I’m still learning how to deal with nerves and the uncertainty that sometimes creeps in while climbing. But even though I noticed it happening, I managed to stay focused and keep my head in the game.
I’ve learned so much from these past competitions, and I’m taking every lesson with me moving forward. Growth isn’t always visible on the results but it’s definitely there!

Proud of the progress I’ve made over the past few months.
Qualifications went really well — topped 4 out of 5 boulders and felt strong and focused throughout.
The semi-final was a bit tougher. I felt slightly weaker than usual and maybe the nerves got to me a little. Still, it’s all part of the process and a good learning experience.
Already looking ahead to the next competitions — feeling motivated and excited for what’s coming next.

This was truly my dream set. The qualification went better than I ever dared to think; after all the hard training of the past few months, this really feels like a reward! I definitely want to thank my coaches for this, who are always there for me and put all their time and effort into me.

National championships 3rd place.
I don’t even know what to say anymore, I couldn’t handle the nerves again.. my mind really is my biggest enemy at this point. I’ve made great progress this past year, which I’m certainly proud of, but it also stresses me out to perform consistently well. I know I don’t have to prove anything to anyone, but I do want to do well for myself.
This progress is thanks to my coach, who has been by my side for years and will always continue to believe in me, even when I don’t. Thank you for everything and for what’s yet to come. @donders_robin & ofcourse my whole team @boulderzaal_the_island
