It's been 4 days and I still haven't fully processed all of this...
For the past few months, I put everything into "Nothing More To Say"- all my thoughts, my emotions and my worries. I wanted it to be a human piece, something that anyone could relate to and see their own story within. I'm truly so grateful for those that were able to see it and feel something from it. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much @beacondanceandmovement@dpattonwhite for the wonderful opportunity for me and the 3 other talented choreographers to display our works in this way. As you said, this is what we need more of these days- this is how we get through troubling and exhausting times together.
And of course, to my beautiful cast hehe @thee_hze@jaeda_may I'm indebted to you both. You gave so much of yourselves to this piece and I couldn't be more grateful. I'm so glad to know y'all and to have you as dear friends 🥹

There was a night about a month ago where I woke up around 6am and it was raining like hell. The wind was so strong, it looked like ocean waves on the pavement. When it calmed down, I couldn't go back to sleep, but I was so in awe that I felt like I just had to film something. And so, this video was born.
This was the first creative idea I had in what felt like a long time. I didn't feel like myself for some weeks. I felt like I was getting overwhelmed by everything and just wanted to hide away. Even from the things and people I supposedly loved. I felt guilty for it. All I wanted was a little moment to myself, a moment that could even last forever. But nothing lasts forever, right?
Even so, I hope that I (and all of us) can find our small moments to just be. Moments to tune out the noise and find... whatever it is we seek the most in ourselves. For me, it's to find my own voice.
