She Saw Me!
Story behind the fire.
What you see, is what my daughter, @avantikadassani saw in me. She drowned herself in tirelessly conceptualising, planning & making it happen. From the word go, she said mom, "We want the world to see you like we see you."
The colors, the backdrop, the styling, the clothes, the jewellry, the stance, the emotion... she planned every little detail with love and care.
And on the appointed day, she simply looked at me and said,
“Feel it, Mom. Feel the fire.”
Bringing her vision to life wasn’t easy. She obsessively worked through every shadow and light, every fold in my drape, ensuring every frame reflected exactly what she had imagined. While she passionately shaped the creative direction, @abhimanyud quietly stepped in as the calm force handling execution and logistics.
The reason I’m sharing this today is because some moments deserve to be remembered out loud.
The joy of watching your children believe in you so fiercely…
The emotion of being seen through their eyes…
The love behind their effort…
That day wasn’t just a shoot.
It was, in every sense, Mother’s Day.
