Being a Parent ADHD is a free 9āweek group for Lambeth parents of children aged 5ā12 years with ADHD. The programme offers practical strategies, emotional support, and the chance to connect with other parents in a supportive environment.
Parents will be supported to:
ā¢ Look after their own wellbeing
ā¢ Recognise and manage their childās emotions
ā¢ Learn positive and effective parenting strategies
ā¢ Improve family life
The group is delivered by trained Parent Group Leaders from Empowering Parents Empowering Communities (EPEC), part of South London & Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with Lambeth.

Together Time Group ā free support for parents & babies
Together Time is a free group for parents with babies aged 3ā8 months, designed to support early bonding and build confidence through babyāled play.
The group offers a relaxed space where parents can:
ā¢ Strengthen their relationship with their baby
ā¢ Learn to observe and respond to their baby in the āhere and nowā
ā¢ Explore babiesā feelings and behaviour in a mindful way
ā¢ Share experiences with other parents
Groups run every term at local Childrenās Centres in Lambeth and are part of the Streatham and Norwood Better Start offer.
