I wrote this piece shortly after Beyond Frequency won the Proteus Music Contest.
It was born from my journal… channeled messages from the Most High during my healing journey. Zeiders offered us the main stage so I knew it had to be big.
I love getting the community involved in anything that I do because that’s how we grow as a community. I decided to make it a collective show where my friends could display their gifts on this a large scale. That’s what @beyondfrequencyband is all about. Providing opportunities and connections in the artistic space.
This show was me stepping out on faith.
Facing anxiety. Facing the fear of being seen. Facing the unknown.
At some point, I made a decision:
If it scares me, I’m doing it.
If I’m afraid and still moving, I go harder.
Fear stopped being a wall… and became fuel.
Now I’m not moving in fear.
I’m moving in divine faith.
That’s the message I wanted to leave with everyone who experienced OM:
Live your life.
Leave the darkness behind.
Step fully into your light.
Release anything that does not serve you.
You are safe.
You are powerful.
You are free.
And when you truly know that… you can hear God clearly
All praises to the Most High. ✨

What a magical experience we shared last night presenting “Om”. Also on “World Theater Day”, crazy divine timing!
The way this community came together to bring it to life… it was nothing short of amazing. It wasn’t just me who put this together. It took a collective effort.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who showed up and allowed themselves to experience a story rooted in some of my lowest moments. As the Creative Director of Beyond Frequency and writer/composer of Om, this one was especially personal. To go from a year-long depression to performing on the main stage @theztheater … and create something that made people feel peace, fulfillment, and connection… that means everything to me. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for believing in my vision and helping me to bring it all to life.
Everyone that I’ve met along my healing journey was in the building. A lot of full circle moments took place and what we’re building together is only getting bigger from here.
