This month, we’re keeping it simple, classic, and unapologetically American.
Introducing our LA-inspired Mustard Smash Burger, created in collaboration with Chef @varmaaditya94
A thick 150g smash patty, seared hard on the grill with American mustard added to the meat while flipping, letting it sear and soak into every bite.
Paired with Aditya’s take on house-made ketchup & mustard relish. That’s it. No extras. No distractions.
This isn’t a fancy burger.
This is a proper, old-school American smash burger - clean, bold, and classic.

Introducing the Chilli Smash Melt, created in collaboration with @anuragarorra .
Double smashed patties, a slice of Amul cheese, another of Swiss cheese, Anurag’s take on Indonesian sambal Ijo. Finished with a cracked mayo made using the same sambal oil, just to amplify the flavour.
