As we move into the summer, we want to take a moment to thank two members of the Beyond Bars team who are moving on from the project: Nellie Cox and Javeria Warsi đĽł
Nellie has been such an important part of Beyond Bars from the very beginning. As a founding editor, she has helped shape this project through countless meetings, organizing behind the scenes, teaching in prison classrooms, communicating with contributors, and so much more!
We also want to thank Javeria for her contributions and support during her time with the team. We appreciate the time and energy she shared with the project, and we wish her the best in what comes next!
Weâre thankful to have had both Nellie and Javeria as part of the Beyond Bars story! đâĽď¸
