A good bike fit should make you feel balanced, comfortable, and natural on the bike. Here’s how a bike fitting usually works 👇
• First, the fitter talks with you about your riding 🚵�What kind of cycling you do, your goals, any pain or discomfort, previous injuries, flexibility, and your riding history.
• Then comes a physical assessment 🦵🧘�The fitter may check your hip mobility, hamstring flexibility, foot structure, core stability, and shoulder and back mobility. This helps determine what position actually suits your body.
• Your bike is then placed on an indoor trainer 🚲⚙️�The fitter watches you pedal and analyses your saddle height, saddle setback, reach to the bars, handlebar drop, cleat position, knee tracking, and pedalling efficiency.
• Then, small adjustments are made step by step 🔧📐�This can include changes to saddle position, stem length, handlebar angle, cleat alignment, and saddle choice. Sometimes, just a few millimetres can completely change how the bike feels.
The goal is usually to find the right balance between:
⚡ Performance�🛋️ Comfort�🌬️ Aerodynamics�⏳ Sustainability over long rides

I won’t mention everyone individually (writers, photographers, translators, proofreaders and designers are listed below this post), but the event would not have been possible without Cristina and Marc (and family) from Lohodi Homes, Marc from La Maglia, Monica and Judit who led the group of forty people, and Yari for her excellent cakes 🍰
Now the real work begins: producing eight issues per year 📚 That can only be done with a strong and dedicated team 💪 With Olympic champion Oriol Cardona Coll on the cover of the very first edition of Nafent Running, we’ve made a strong start as a team. It leaves us wanting more ✨
