(Swipe to end to see before photo) There are so many things about this room I love I don’t know where to begin … the green velvet oversized chair of dreams, the creamy built ins, the walnut mantle, the loveliest of clients that fully trusted the vision. A photographer who made me look good 😅 etc etc etc 💪🏼❤️🏠 This was part of a full first floor remodel, I’ll share more photos this week! My laundry room - least favorite chore - most favorite room 😍 swipe to see the before and the magic of what color and pattern can do! I’m so excited to share the rest of the photos of my house in the coming weeks. Continuing with my home tour - the living room! Some favorite parts: * The red velvet sofa of my dreams. So comfy and soft! Red has been my favorite color for as long as I can remember. * The swivel chairs are a favorite of the kids, very fun + functional. * The gallery wall is always evolving as I rotate in thrifted finds. At the moment, there’s a dozen pieces tucked behind the sofa patiently waiting their turn. * And my Audrey tree. She doubles as a photoshoot prop and has been hauled all over New England. How she’s still alive remains one of life’s greatest mysteries 😂 Sofas & swivel chairs: @rowefinefurniture Coffee Table: @anthropologie Lamps: Thrifted End tables: all thrifted Art: thrifted, except for one piece from @brittneyschulz.art Curtains: @onequince Quilt: @schoolhouse Wall color: “Wevet” @farrowandball Photography: @ridgelightstudio

Starting a new lake house project in Durham, NH and I’m so excited about this one. It’s for a repeat client, which is my favorite because I genuinely miss my clients when a project ends. Designing someone’s home is such a personal process and we spend so much time together along the way. Excited to be working together again! This Isidore Leroy mural inspired by the New England coast is on the mood board. Stay tuned for more ☺️

Some of you may remember when I found this special vintage piece for my clients a couple years ago. Well my clients have moved and this piece looks just as beautiful in their new home! (Swipe to see their old home) Actually all the furniture I procured for them have found places in their new home. A testament to buying once, and buying quality. So many people are tempted by the cheap furniture available and the truth is it’s wasteful and won’t last and will end up costing you more in the long run! If your budget is limited buying second hand is a great option. And no - you don’t have to wait until your children are grown to buy furniture. Good furniture and real fabrics can withstand life! I promise ☺️

Another shot of a recently completed kitchen project in Keene, NH. My clients wanted a particular color: they requested a “true light blue” with no green in it. It took a lot of swatches to find the right color but Farrow & Ball “Kakelugn” was the winner and I love it so much 😍

Another project I’m currently working on is a very different departure from my typical style. It’s a modern and moody primary suite and I am having so much fun with it! I love working across different styles. It keeps things interesting. My client is totally game for trying fun, unexpected ideas, and that’s where the magic really happens. This project has so many incredible elements. A secret bookcase door, a hanging fireplace, wraparound windows, towel warming drawers IN THE SHOWER 🤯🙌🏻💯 and so much more. Stay tuned ☺️

A kitchen project recently completed for homeowners who wanted a Nantucket beach feel that would remind them of their favorite family vacation spot. We selected the backsplash because it evokes the sea glass they love collecting there. The result is warm, beautiful, and inviting, but most importantly it feels deeply personal to them and perfectly reflects who they are!
