You’ve supported over 100 young creatives access musical equipment and opportunities.
In September 2025, we launched The Kit Bank: a community-powered campaign redistributing donated music equipment to young people, schools, and communities who lacked access.
Thanks to your generosity, young creatives have been able to access paid work in the industry, artist collectives have put on gigs across Cambridge, therapeutic spaces have gained musical instruments, support groups have started weekly music sessions, and more school children have been able to get hands-on with instruments during lessons.
We’re still receiving lots of requests from local communities, so stay tuned for updates on our next wish list 👀

On Tuesday night, we had our first live band workshop with CYC!! And it was 💫 AMAZING 💫
The guys took full advance of the Kit Bank donations, trying new instruments 🎸🥰🥁
Contemporary Youth Choir (CYC) is our weekly, free & accessible choir for 11 - 25 yr olds where the group decide on the song content & workshops (like this live band one)
Kit Bank is a community powered campaign where the local community have generously donated instruments so we can hand them over to young people, schools and support charities
Last month, Total Arts & Total Arts Mini Bytes performed their first collab scratch show! And it was INCREDIBLE!!! 🎭❤️

🎉 This week we held our first ever Creative Learning Symposium 🎉
Massive thanks to everyone who made it such a rich, insightful & inspiring day - our incredible participants, artists, teachers, evaluation consultant, attendees & funders 💫
The event focused on the learning from Take Two - our @paulhamlynfoundation funded, four-year creative learning partnership with Olive AP Academy, Red Balloon Learning Centre, Pilgrim Pathways Hospital School and St. Peter’s Autism Cabin.
Over four years, we’ve collaborated with 257 young people to explore the arts and progression pathways, fuelled by fun, creativity, and lots of joyous chaos! 🤩
Together, we delved into what co-creation and Creative Learning really mean and how these approaches can transform experiences for young people, artists, schools, and the wider industry. 💭✨

Creative Learning Symposium: Take Two

Explore the learning and impact of the Take Two 4-year programme.
Led by young people, artists, teachers and the creative learning team, the symposium will explore how we have developed, adapted, and facilitated our programmes with learners on Take Two.
The day will have a collaborative and informal feel with refreshments, screenings of films made by young people, and space for chats and reflection.
